I am currently employed as the Vision 2016 M & E Officer in the Vision 2016 Secretariat since March 2003. The Vision 2016 Monitoring and Evaluation function is responsible for monitoring and assessing the performance, progress and achievements of the Vision 2016 activities until the year 2016 and beyond.  Prior to being employed by the Vision 2016 Secretariat, I was employed as a consultant in the Research and Measurement Services Department of Botswana National Productivity Centre (BNPC) since August 1998. I have also worked for Botswana Life Insurance Limited (BLIL) as an Annuity & Technical Administrator for a period of 11 months beginning September 1997.

I hold a Bachelor Arts degree in Economic and Statistics obtained from the University of Botswana. In addition, I hold a Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.
