The Feasibilitty for Establishing a Construction Sector Regulator in Botswana

Conducted on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure Science and Technology, this project undertook a review of laws, policies, codes, organizations, cultures and other institutions with a view to assessing the feasibility for a regulator for the construction industry. Among others was the need to explore the various measures of financing the construction sector regulator, mechanisms to improve skills development, technology transfer and coordination in the sector.
