Elections and the Management of Diversity in Botswana

The project made an assessment of how Botswana’s electoral law facilitates or hinders the participation of ethnic, gender, youth, and other minorities in electoral processes. BIDPA participated in this project, which was facilitated by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa as part of a process that assessed the same matters in up to 40 other African countries.
