Mission statement

The mission of BIDPA Library is to support and facilitate research; training and consultancy work carried out at BIDPA. It aims to:

  • Build a specialised collection to cater for the information needs of the researchers and to provide up-to-date information and quick service to the users.
  • Supplement research information resources accessible to members of staff from BIDPA's affiliated partners and to members of the public engaged in private research.
  • Be at the cutting edge of modern information technologies and through such technology not only to effectively provide up-to-date information to its clientele but also to collaborate and cooperate with other libraries and link to external databases to enhance its services.
