- Supplement research information resources accessible to members of staff from BIDPA's affiliated partners and to members of the public engaged in private research.
- Be at the cutting edge of modern information technologies and through such technology not only to effectively provide up-to-date information to its clientele but also to collaborate and cooperate with other libraries and link to external databases to enhance its services.
